Joseph R. Withers Memorial Scholarship

The Joseph R. Withers Memorial Scholarship was established and funded by family and friends in memory of Joe Withers.

CRITERIA:

• Enrolled full time at WIU
• Minimum 2.8 GPA at WIU, high school (for incoming freshman), or transfer (for new transfer)
• Child of a single parent with financial need based on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• Preference to a student from the Peoria area
