CRITERIA:

 A resident of Coal Valley, IL  Available for any area of study  Undergraduate or Graduate degree  Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA (high school, transfer, or WIU)  Community service, with a preference to those volunteering for Coal Valley residents  Preference given to transfer students from Black Hawk Community College  Must complete an essay
