The aim of the Les and Sonia Andrews' Cultural Foundation is to foster the talents of young New Zealand artists.

History:

The funds for this scholarship are provided by the Les and Sonia Andrews' Cultural Foundation. The award was established through the Victoria University of Wellington Foundation.

This scholarship is open to applicants who are enrolled in BMus (Hons) in performance. At the benefactor's request, preference may be given to a singer. The scholarship shall be open to applicants who are New Zealand citizens only.

Criteria:

• Applicants must be enrolled in a BMus (Hons) majoring in Performance at Victoria University of Wellington
• Applications must be New Zealand citizens.
