Overview
History and purpose:
This scholarship was established, via the Victoria University of Wellington Foundation, through a bequest from Karis Boyd, who died in 2009. Karis was an occupational therapist who had a distinguished career in New Zealand and a close association with the University.
The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage female students to proceed to postgraduate studies at Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington.
Eligibility
-. Female applicants who are graduating from Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington and intend to study for a Masters by coursework, Masters by Thesis or PhD.
- Selection will be based on academic merit.
Selection Criteria:
- Applicants must be female who are graduating from Victoria University of Wellington.
- Applicants must be intending to study a Masters by coursework, Masters by Thesis or PhD at Victoria University of Wellington.
