Erasmus Scholarship

Description:

The Erasmus Scholarship was established by the late Mr D J Riddiford in 1962 to encourage the study of classical languages. It is open to second year students at Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington who want to major in Greek or Latin.

Applicants must be enrolled or intending to enrol in their second year of undergraduate study in classical languages, Greek or Latin at Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington.

Selection criteria:

• Applicants must have completed at least one year's study, in Greek or Latin.
• Applicants applying from other universities, must supply a transcript of thier results in either or both languages.
