The Beit Strathclyde (BStrath) Scholarships have been set up to fully fund three students (one per year) of exceptional academic calibre from Malawi, Zimbabwe and Zambia to complete Master's degrees in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Strathclyde in 2020, 2022, 2023.
One award will be made per annum in academic years 2020/21, 2022/23, and 2023/24.
Students wishing to be considered for the BStrath Scholarship must be resident in Malawi, Zimbabwe or Zambia at the time of application, and planning to study for a one-year Master's degree in one of the eight departments in the Faculty of Engineering at Strathclyde:
Students must hold a good Engineering degree from a recognised University, and demonstrate the potential to rise to a position of leadership and influence in their home country on completion of their studies.
Applications for the Scholarship must be received by the Beit Trust by the stated application deadline each year.
