NHS Social Work Bursary

The Social Work Bursary is available for undergraduate and postgraduate students on our Social Work courses to support creating skilled and qualified social workers.

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is supporting social work education through funding the Social Work Bursary (SWB), helping to maintain and improve the quality of social work education and creating a future workforce of skilled and qualified social workers.

This bursary is available for application by our students on our social work courses.
