The Key Bank Scholarship in Honor of Ken Curtis Fund was established at the Universtiy of Southern Maine on behalf of the University of Southern Maine Foundation in 2004 with gifts from Key Bank.
Eligibility
Eligible students must be matriculated in a masters or doctoral program at the Muskie School. Student must have demonstrated outstanding academic record including any prior graduate study; must show evidence of commitment to public service; and be full-time. Preferred but not required criteria shall be an interest in state government.

Application is emailed to eligible students once a semester.
How to Renew
Scholarship is not renewable but students may re-apply.
