Margaret E Pank Nursing Scholarship

The Margaret E Pank Nursing Scholarship will be offered for a two year period to South Australian students enrolled full time in the second year of the Bachelor of Nursing program (IBNU).
Applicants must provide evidence of financial disadvantage and a supporting statement with their application outlining their career and personal aspirations and how the scholarship will assist them in achieving their goals. Details of financial disadvantage should also be included in the written statement.
The recipient must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview conducted by the Selection Panel. In exceptional circumstances, applicants may be interviewed via a teleconference.
The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of financial hardship, academic merit, a supporting statement and an interview.
Value: Up to $4,000. Recipients will receive an annual payment of $2,000 made in two instalments of $1,000 after the Study Period 2 and Study Period 5 census dates provided they continue to meet the scholarship criteria and maintain satisfactory academic performance.
