Established in memory of Gaspare "Cass" G. Panciocco who was a WWII combat veteran in the medical corps and a career Boston Fire Fighter. He was a hero to many throughout his life, saving many lives both as a medic and a firefighter. He had five children who thought he was bigger than life and who have decided to establish this scholarship to assist his firefighting brothers and sisters with the educational expenses of their children. Eligibility Requirements
Students must be in good academic standing and have demonstrated financial need, as reflected in their aid application to the Financial Aid Office. It is up to interested students to identify themselves to the Financial Aid Office as being eligible for the scholarship. The student(s) selected to receive the scholarship will be required to submit a patch, from the firefighting organization, engine company or ladder company with which their parent is or was affiliated, to be given to the Panciocco Family.
