A new approach to targeting medulloblastoma, combining chemistry with cell biology

A three year PhD studentship position is available with a fully funded stipend. We are looking for a highly motivated graduate student with interests in cell biology, cancer biology and drug development. The project will be hosted in the laboratory of Profs. Michael Clague and Sylvie Urbé with input from Drs Igor Barsukov and Barry Pizer (clinician). We will leverage our expertise in the field of ubiquitin biology to design and test new approaches for the treatment of medulloblastoma using cell models. Skills and experience across the range of biological sciences will be utilised. The position is available immediately, but can be taken up anytime up until October 1, 2023.
