Preference will be given in the following order: i) students who completed a summer Student Research Assistantship (S.R.A) under a University of Guelph faculty member; and ii) students who participated in cancer research-related activities. Apply by October 7 to Student Financial Services by submitting a completed Financial Need Assessment Form and include a letter outlining extracurricular activities in human health and, if applicable, highlighting cancer-related activities. Students registered in any major offered by the College of Biological Science who have completed at least 5.0 credits with a minimum cumulative average of 75% and who have participated in extracurricular activities related to human health. Additionally, students must meet the government-mandated terms for receipt of an OTSS award (see General Statements on Awards).
