Gwynn Duncan Medical Scholarship

The Scholarship was established in 2012 and is funded by a bequest from the estate of Gwynn Eleanor Duncan. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to support MBChB students who are experiencing financial need.

Applicable study: Parts II, III, IV and V of an MBChB

Tenure: Up to three years

Value: Up to $3,500 pa

Selection process:

• Application is made to the Scholarships Office
• A Selection Committee assesses the applications
• The Scholarship is awarded by the University of Auckland Council on the recommendation of the Selection Committee
