The Scholarship was established in 2012 and is funded by CBRE Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 and S& P 500 company headquartered in Los Angeles. It is the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to encourage and reward excellence in the study of property, property management and valuation and to support those seeking to complete a degree directly associated with the property industry.

Selection process:

• Application is made to the Scholarships Office
• A Selection Committee assesses the applications
• The Scholarship is awarded by the University of Auckland Council on the recommendation of the Selection Committee
