Description:

This Scholarship was established in 2017 and is funded by the New Zealand Walking Access Commission. The intention of the Scholarship is to encourage and support students undertaking research in Planning, looking specifically at the opportunities for incentives within the New Zealand planning framework for the provision of access to the outdoors.

Applicable study: Final year BUrBPlan(Hons) students undertaking research projects and MUrbDes students

Eligibility

Selection process:

  • Application is made to the Scholarships Office
  • A Selection Committee assesses the applications
  • The Scholarship is awarded by the University of Auckland Council on the recommendation of the Selection Committee.
