MARY CAROL SHEPPARD MEMORIAL NURSING SCHOLARSHIP

This non-renewable scholarship was established by the family and friends of Mary Carol Sheppard, a gifted nurse who graduated from EHS in 1995.

Application Requirements:

• Scholarship application.
• Cumulative high school transcript through the most recent term. (Must include ACT or SAT score).
• One copy of a letter of recommendation from a school official.
• One single page typed essay describing the reasons the applicant wants to pursue a nursing career, and describing his/her educational plans.

Eligibility requirements for selection of scholarship recipients apply to graduating seniors of EHS who intend to pursue a career in the field of nursing. The criteria to be used by the Advisory Committee in selection of scholars shall include, but not be limited to, academic merit and financial need.
