Overview
This non-renewable scholarship was established by the family and friends of the late Judy A. Frazier, who was for many years a teacher in the El Dorado public schools
Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria:
This scholarship is awarded annually to at least one recipient who is a graduating senior of El Dorado High School. The criteria to be used by the Advisory Committee in selection of scholarship recipients shall include but not be limited to financial need and academic merit. This scholarship, although open to any student of any race or creed, is limited to only those students who will attend any recognized historically black university or college. Student must demonstrate college level ability in his/her test scores and GPA.
