GLORIA FLENNIKEN CALHOUN SCHOLARSHIP (SMACKOVER)

This non-renewable scholarship was established by Lorene Flenniken as a memorial tribute to her daughter Gloria Flenniken Calhoun.

Application Requirements: .

• One cumulative high school or college transcript through the most recent term.
• Two letters of recommendation: one from a school official and one from an adult other than a family member.
• One single page essay on the applicant’s involvement or leadership role in activities relating to school or community enhancement.

Recipients must be a graduating senior from Smackover High School. The selection criteria shall be based on financial need, academic performance and leadership abilities
