Gary Sewell Fund

The Gary Sewell Fund was established to provide scholarships for Union County Arkansas High School seniors whose families are members of the Union County Farm Bureau. Preference may be given to students who are intending to pursue an education in an agriculture-related field.

Application Criteria:

• Must be a resident of Union County, Arkansas.
• Must be a graduating senior of a Union County Arkansas High School.
• Family must be a member of Union County Farm Bureau.
• Student may use the scholarship to attend the college or university of his/her choice.
• Criteria shall include, but not be limited to, academic merit and financial need.

The online application must be submitted by March 31st

Application Requirements:

• One completed and submitted online application form.
• One cumulative high school transcript through the most recent term (only one need be official; the others can be copies).
• Two letters of recommendation: one from an educator familiar with the student’s abilities, and one from an adult, other than a family member
