Scholarships offered

Torrens University Australia has the below scholarships on offer. Torrens Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commencement Scholarship Value: $500 This scholarship is available to help with your start-up costs, and the best part is that you don’t even need to apply for it. At the beginning of each trimester, anyone studying full-time will be notified via email if they are eligible to receive it.

Torrens Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Costs Scholarship

Value: $2500

This scholarship exists to support you in meeting those general costs associated with study and successfully completing your course.

Torrens Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Tuition Scholarship

Value: 50% of your total tuition costs

This scholarship is here to help by reducing costs for selected courses across Business, Hospitality, Health, Education and Design. That frees your mind to focus on your actual studies, chasing your passion and setting yourself up for a bright future in your chosen career.

Eligibility

Students must meet eligibility requirements and complete an application with a personal statement and confirmation of Aboriginality. We are looking for students who:

-Identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.

  • Are enrolled as a full-time student at Torrens University Australia.
  • financial hardship.
  • Maintain satisfactory academic performance.
  • Are not in receipt of similar financial scholarship support.
