Governor Sanderson Scholarship in Population Health

COURSEWORK:

Dr Haruhisa Handa has donated funds to The University of Western Australia ('the University') to supplement the Governor John Sanderson Fund to endow the Dr Haruhisa Handa International Leadership Scholarship Program. The Program provides scholarships to assist and encourage graduates with leadership potential to pursue a Master of Public Health with a specialisation in Public Health Methodology and undertake a dissertation project that includes a field component in east Asia

To assist and encourage graduates with leadership potential to pursue a Master of Public Health with a specialisation in Public Health Methodology and undertake a dissertation project that includes a field component in east Asia.

(a) be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia and (b) be enrolled or eligible to enrol in a Master of Public Health degree course with a specialisation in Public Health Methodology at the University and (c) demonstrate an interest and intent to undertake a dissertation project that includes a field component requiring travel to east Asia.
