COURSEWORK:
The late Eveline Rosina Glyde donated funds to The University of Western Australia (the University) to assist and encourage Indigenous Australian and Torres Strait Islander students to pursue a bridging course or an undergraduate degree course at the university.
Benefits:
To enable Australian Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander students to pursue either a bridging course or an undergraduate degree course at the university.
To be eligible to apply for the scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) be a domestic student; (b) an Australian Indigenous or Torres Strait Islander; (c) experiencing financial hardship; (d) be a commencing student; (e) be enrolled, or eligible to enrol— (i) full-time unless the selection body is satisfied that there are exceptional circumstances5 which preclude full-time enrolment; and (ii) in an orientation/bridging course offered by the School of Indigenous Studies or; (iii) in an undergraduate degree course
