COURSEWORK:

Bart Kakulas QC and Nellie Kakulas have donated funds to The University of Western Australia ('the University') to provide a scholarship to assist and encourage eligible students who demonstrate financial need to continue their studies toward the Juris Doctor at the University.

Benefits:

To assist and encourage eligible students who demonstrate financial need to continue their studies toward the Juris Doctor at the University.

To be eligible to apply for the scholarship, an applicant must—

(a) be a domestic student; (b) be experiencing financial hardship; (c) have completed at least 48 points, but not more than 72 points, towards the Juris Doctor; and (d) be enrolled in the Juris Doctor degree course.
