Ruth Kelly Graduate Nursing Scholarship

Scholarship awarded to graduate level students in the College of Nursing pursuing a master's or doctoral degree who demonstrate high academic scholarship. Preference is given to applicants who have successfully completed 6 hours of course work in the graduate program of study. Two letters of recommendation are required; one letter must be from a faculty member familiar with the applicant’s potential for scholarship. Scholarship requires current FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be on file in the Office of Student Financial Aid.

All admitted or continuing UToledo students are invited to apply for scholarships. Most scholarship applications open in October and close from December to March. Once scholarship committees have selected recipients, all scholarship applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via their UToledo email.
