Metzger Family Scholarship

Scholarship awarded to entering freshmen or transfer students from community colleges with preference given first to students from Northwest Ohio and second from Southeast Michigan. Students shall be majors in one of the following areas, in order of priority: 1) science in the College of Education 2) Natural Sciences in the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics 3) Business in the Neff College of Business and Innovation 4) any major in the College of Arts and Letters 5) any major in the College of Pharmacy or 6) students currently completing the requirements for Pre-Med. Students be U.S. citizens, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate involvement in extracurricular activities.

All admitted or continuing UToledo students are invited to apply for scholarships. Most scholarship applications open in October and close from December to March. Once scholarship committees have selected recipients, all scholarship applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via their UToledo email.
