Mark L. Russell Scholarship

Scholarship awarded to one of the top ten undergraduate students in the Department of Political Science, based on GPA. Recipients must have earned more than 32 credit hours but fewer than 76 credit hours, must qualify for foreign study in political science for credit, and should reflect the characteristics of Mark L. Russell such as enthusiasm, openness to new experiences, desire to learn, love of languages and the like.

All admitted or continuing UToledo students are invited to apply for scholarships. Most scholarship applications open in October and close from December to March. Once scholarship committees have selected recipients, all scholarship applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via their UToledo email.
