John (Jack) and Mary Pat Carroll Moor Scholarship

Scholarship awarded to full-time junior or senior level students majoring in elementary or special education. Preference will be given to Lucas County high school graduates, particularly from Washington Local Schools. The junior applicant must have a minimum 2.8 GPA; the senior applicant shall have a minimum 3.0 GPA and show leadership qualities and communication skills.

All admitted or continuing UToledo students are invited to apply for scholarships. Most scholarship applications open in October and close from December to March. Once scholarship committees have selected recipients, all scholarship applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via their UToledo email.
