George P. Guthrie Scholarship in Philosophy

Scholarship awarded to students majoring in hilosophy with preference given to undergraduates. Recipients must have completed at least one course in ancient philosophy. The award shall recognize superior achievements in the study of philosophy.

All admitted or continuing UToledo students are invited to apply for scholarships. Most scholarship applications open in October and close from December to March. Once scholarship committees have selected recipients, all scholarship applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via their UToledo email.
