Frank E. Horton Presidents Club Scholarship

Scholarship awarded to full-time senior level students in their final year of their baccalaureate program. Recipients must demonstrate community involvement and leadership. Consideration is given to students who demonstrate campus and community involvement. Recipients must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Scholarship requires current FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be on file in the Office of Student Financial Aid.

All admitted or continuing UToledo students are invited to apply for scholarships. Most scholarship applications open in October and close from December to March. Once scholarship committees have selected recipients, all scholarship applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via their UToledo email.
