Betty J. Lapp Memorial Fund

Scholarship awarded to a freshman who has completed one semester, or a sophomore, in the College of Arts and Letters, with preference given to those majoring in history, economics, or political science. The recipient must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Scholarship requires current FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be on file in the Office of Student Financial Aid.

All admitted or continuing UToledo students are invited to apply for scholarships. Most scholarship applications open in October and close from December to March. Once scholarship committees have selected recipients, all scholarship applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via their UToledo email.
