Betty Ash Lapp Award Fund

Scholarship awarded to full-time sophomore, junior, or senior level students at UToledo. Students shall be enrolled in the Judith Herb College of Education or the College of Arts and Letters. Recipient must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference shall be given to students active in honor societies, campus organizations, and community affairs and who indicate they are considering a career in teaching or government service. Scholarship requires current FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be on file in the Office of Student Financial Aid.

All admitted or continuing UToledo students are invited to apply for scholarships. Most scholarship applications open in October and close from December to March. Once scholarship committees have selected recipients, all scholarship applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via their UToledo email.
