Overview
Background:
This Scholarship was established to assist an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander student studying a postgraduate degree in Art Curating or Museum and Heritage Studies at the University of Sydney.
Benefits:
This scholarship is valued at $10,000 and is tenable for up to one year for Graduate Diploma and Master's degree students.
This scholarship is valued at $5,000 and is tenable for up to six months for Graduate Certificate students.
Eligibility
You must:
- be a domestic student
- identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person as defined in the University of Sydney’s Confirmation of - - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identity Policy 2015.
- have an unconditional offer of admission or having commenced in the current year in one of the following degrees within the - Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Sydney on a full-time or part-time basis:
- Graduate Certificate in Art Curating
- Graduate Diploma in Art Curating
- Master of Art Curating
- Graduate Certificate in Museum and Heritage Studies
- Graduate Diploma in Museum and Heritage Studies or
- Master of Museum and Heritage Studies.
