Offered to any individual entering a recognized post-secondary institution in Saskatchewan who has been diagnosed (in writing) as Learning Disabled and has graduated from a Saskatchewan high school in the last two years. This award is open to Canadian citizens who are permanent residents of Saskatchewan only.
