Every candidate must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have come to Canada under refugee status, or have parents who came to Canada under refugee status.
• Be enrolled in or have received acceptance to begin a post-secondary program (college or university) in Saskatchewan - minimum of two years in length.
