The Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association of Saskatchewan in memory of Mr. Beattie Ramsay and Mr. Don McDonald.

Awarded annually in the fall to a student who has completed the third year of Civil Engineering and is in attendance in the final year of Civil Engineering. Selection will be based on academic achievement, work experience in earthwork or the construction of earth structures (including surfacing, drainage, pipe lines, ditching and associated works), and extra-curricular activities. Students holding other major scholarships are not eligible for this one.
