Arts and Science Students Union (ASSU) Scholarship

Value minimum $1,000 each

Number offered

Three awards of equal value. One award will go to a student majoring in the humanities, the social sciences, and/or the fine arts, and two awards to students majoring in the natural sciences.

Gifts from alumni, students and friends of the College of Arts and Science and the Arts & Science Students Union (ASSU)

Open to full-time undergraduate students in any year in program in the College of Arts and Science. To be eligible, students must submit a etter of reference and a personal statement of no more than one page detailing their exceptional leadership qualities and community involvement.

Selection Criteria

Selection will be based upon the merits of the submitted documents and academic achievement, as determined by the Award Committee.
