Open to continuing undergraduate degree students who are a descendent of a resident of Ukraine. Candidates must self-declare their candidate-descendent relationship to a resident of Ukraine. Preference will be given to students who have completed at least 12 credit units in Ukrainian courses.

Selection Criteria

Selection will be made on the basis of academic achievement, as determined by the Award Committee.
