Overview
This prize is awarded to the highest achieving student who has demonstrated research ability in a branch of study related to Theoretical Physics, as a part of a Master of Science (Physics) at the University of Melbourne, and who is now enrolled in a research higher degree in Theoretical Physics at the University of Melbourne or other tertiary institution in Australia or overseas.

One-off payment of $2,500
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- Have completed the Master of Science (Physics) at the University of Melbourne with a research project in an area of Theoretical Physics; and,
- Be enrolled in a research higher degree in Theoretical Physics at the University of Melbourne or another tertiary institution in Australia or overseas.
Selection criteria:
Academic excellence as measured by the completed Master of Science (Physics) course Weighted Average Mark (WAM).
