Maud Isabella Aird Scholarship

This scholarship was established with a donation from Maud Isabella Aird and is offered to female students in financial need who are enrolled in a course within the faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences.

What are the benefits?

The scholarship provides a one-off allowance of approximately $1,000 (exact amount determined when award is offered).

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

• be enrolled in a Veterinary Science course within the faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences at the University of Melbourne
• be a female student
• provide evidence of financial need

Selection criteria:

Eligible students are selected on the basis of financial need.

Conditions:

• You must be enrolled in a course at the University of Melbourne
• This scholarship cannot be deferred to the following year
• You must provide a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship (when requested) and agree to the University sharing the report, your name and course details to the donor of this scholarship
