Marion Thomas Award

This scholarship will be awarded for outstanding achievement in the field of performance and the consistency of students' studies and contribution to musical activities in the Victorian community.

What are the benefits?

A single payment of approximately $4500.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

• be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in Music (specialising in jazz and improvisation or interactive composition) in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music

Selection criteria:

Nominations are made by the Head of discipline in consultation with academic staff. The Dean will approve the recipients.
