This prize is awarded to a enrolled Research Higher Degree School of Physics student, who in the previous year completed research in a branch of study related to Experimental Physics, as part of a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Master of Science (Physics), or Postgraduate Diploma in Science (Physics).

A single payment of up to $1200.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- Be enrolled in any one of the below University of Melbourne programs:
- Master of Science (Physics), or
- Master of Philosophy Science (Physics), or
- Doctor of Philosophy Science (Physics).
- Have completed a substantial research project in a branch of study related to Experimental Physics, in the previous year of -any one of the below University of Melbourne programs:
- Bachelor of Science (Honours); or
- Postgraduate Diploma in Science (Physics); or
- Master of Science (Physics).
Selection criteria:
Eligible candidates will be ranked based on:
- Academic Merit,
- Demonstrated Research ability.
