John Hellyar Piano Scholarship

This scholarship is for Australian-born students under 30 years of age who are pianists and enrolled in a course of advanced musical study in the School of Music.

What are the benefits?

A single payment of approximately $6000.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

• be enrolled as a graduate student in Music (specialising in classical piano) in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music
• be an Australian citizen
• be no more than 30 years old at the time of award

Selection criteria:

Nominations are made by the Head of discipline in consultation with academic staff. The Dean will approve the recipients.
