Indigenous PhD Scholarship in Science

An award for Indigenous PhD students.Stipend payment at the annual value of an MRS initially offered for three years. Further extensions are available based on progress (ie. for up to four years candidature). Access to a further $6000 to support fieldwork, conference or collaborative travel during candidature.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

Indigenous students entering a PhD in the Faculty of Science. To remain eligible, the candidate must maintain the minimum PhD candidature requirements as established by the University.

Selection criteria:

The successful candidate must satisfy the minimum entry requirements for a RHD as set out in the University Handbook.
