Fred Walker Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a recently enrolled Master of Science, Bachelor of Science (Honours), or Postgraduate Diploma in Science School of Chemistry student, who intends to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy Science, and has previously completed a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) at the University of Melbourne.

What are the benefits?

A single payment of up to $520.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

• Complete a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) at the University of Melbourne, and
• Be enrolled in a School of Chemistry Bachelor of Science (Honours), the first year of a Master of Science, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Science, and
• Intend to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy Science in the School of Chemistry at the University of Melbourne.

Selection criteria:

Eligible candidates will be ranked based on:

• Academic achievement.

This scholarship cannot be held concurrently with the James Cuming Memorial Scholarship.
