Scholarship Description

ISEF - the Israel Scholarship Education Foundation is a private scholarship fund from Israel and a social organization that works to reduce gaps and promote equal opportunities in education in Israeli society by increasing access to higher education. The main target population, in which ISEFF views the key to realizing its vision, are students who are veterans of the military/national service, who come from the economic and social periphery of Israel, who have the potential for personal excellence, academic success, and who have a background and interest in social involvement. Membership in the ISEF program includes - participation in a program for social commitment and leadership that includes 16 meetings throughout the year (on Fridays), participation in an educational-community activity amounting to 4 hours per week, personal and academic support. This is a substantial scholarship in partnership with the Hebrew University.
