Scholarship Description

This program aims to empower risk who are at-risk, in distress, and experiencing crisis, fostering ties between a youngster living in an educational institution (away from home) and a Big Brother or Big Sister. Throughout the program, students work one-on-one with a teenager, tutoring them, providing emotional support, increasing their sense of sufficiency, and serve as a much-needed positive role model in the youngsters’ lives.
