Overview
Swinburne University of Technology is committed to improving the educational outcomes of care leavers - students who have experienced formal ‘out-of-home care’ (e.g. foster care, kindship, residential or permanent care). We offer a number of Care Leaver Bursaries to help students achieve their academic goals.
These bursaries are made possible through Swinburne’s partnership with Raising Expectations – a project designed to increase the number of young people in care and care leavers accessing tertiary education.
Please refer to the Care Leaver Support Page for further information, support and advice.
