Michelle A. Noel Memorial Scholarship

The Michelle A. Noel Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to honor the memory of the Village of Hillburn’s Youth Center Program Director. It celebrates Michelle’s life which, while short made a lasting impact on the Village of Hillburn and it’s residents. Two scholarships of $ 250 will be awarded, which will be applied to cover the financial costs of the program.
