Laurie Cowled Women in Leadership Scholarship

A scholarship for QUT Business School alum who are executive women seeking to expand their leadership skills.

The Laurie Cowled Scholarship for Women in Leadership aims to foster the education of rural and regional women to ensure that they can make an outstanding difference to the future of Australia.

Each year, this scholarship helps support a QUT Business School graduate to attend an international leadership event or experience. This is an ideal opportunity to expand and enrich management and leadership skills and interact with successful business leaders from around the world.

• be an Australian or New Zealand citizen
• be from a rural or regional background, work in rural or regional Australia, or your work contributes to the rural or regional sectors
• be a QUT Business School graduate
• have 10 or more years' experience working in business
• be currently working as a senior officer, executive, business unit leader, or business owner at a private company, public company, or nonprofit organisation
• meet the entry requirements to attend the international women's leadership event of your choice and be accepted to the event.
