Background: Jim Elmore, a federal mediator and friend of DCRS, died in 1998. This fund was established by DCRS as a lasting tribute to Jim. Students, faculty, and friends have contributed. This award is provided in the form of partial reimbursement for travel expenses and conference registrations, up to a certain amount depending on whether the conference is regional or national
